It’s My Birthday And I Got The Best Present Ever.

It’s my birthday today (38 years old young eek) Around this time of year I always find myself in reflection. I’m sure I’m not the only one! Amongst the school graduations, the work wind ups, the must-catch-up-with friends-before-Chrissy, we find ourselves reflecting on the year that has been. The good, the bad, the ugly.sparkler

The dazzling successes, the hard won victories, the achieving of goals, the challenges, the slipping of time, the unexpected. In watching our children grow, friendships evolve and our lives and purposes unfold.

And we look forward to the promise and potential of the new year, the clean slate and all the options it brings.

So today, on my birthday, my best present ever is YOU. 3

More than anything I crave connection. I crave a community of kindness and inspiration and like-minded people, of sharing and sincerity and gratefulness. A community that holds a mirror to each other when we can’t fully see the amazingness in ourselves, but see it so readily in others!

So it’s fitting I think, to choose this day to publish this site, a place where you and I can connect and glow.

There will be lots of recipes (yep we love our food!!) but also so much more – sincere posts on lifestyle, stress, happiness, generosity, beauty, luxe low-tox living, tips & tricks and everything in between, all shared with plenty of heart.

So thank you! For the gifts that you are and for truly making this birthday my best birthday ever.

Love & glow for life,

  3. %The idea is to go as hard as you possibly can during your bouts of exercise.
Work intervals and rest intervals can be on any kind of timing interval – work
can be longer than your rest, they can be equal,
or rest can be longer than your work.
