When we started the gut healing GAPS Protocol a couple of years ago as treatment for my eldest who has Autism I tried sooo many pancake recipes. Ah the fails!! I love these muffins so much! They are so easy to make, freeze well, are nutritious and they are SO. DARN. TASTY. Even the fussiest little critic will be into these!
